Our Mission

Utopia Public Adjusting was founded in 2006 with a mission to advocate for property owners and ensure they receive fair compensation for their damages.

David Hogan, the owner of Utopia Public Adjusting and Claims Services, began his career in 1990 as a general contractor. By 2004, They were focused on restoring homes affected by storm damage. During this time, David noticed a significant issue: insurance companies often underpaid claims and failed to recognize all storm-related damages. Determined to address this problem, David founded Utopia Public Adjusting to advocate for fair settlements and help property owners receive the compensation they deserve.
